Llanrumney Hall are running a weekly Art for Wellbeing Club. The club will be centered around community engagement and socialising and will aim to bring people together to discover interests and skills.
The club will involve a wide range of arts and crafts activities including: hand-stitched projects; drawing; painting; mindfulness artistry; studying still life; mandalas; going on short walks to collect items from nature to study and a whole lot more!
The weekly drop-in sessions will provide people with the opportunity to explore and showcase their creativity, make new friendships, discover new skillsets and most importantly, improve their overall wellbeing.
This aim to help people improve their wellbeing is a key principle of Llanrumney Hall Community Trusts and is centered in much of what we do. Art for Wellbeing Club will help people gain a sense of belonging, in turn promoting positive mental health in a creative and calming environment.
