Dementia Support : Carer's Connect Group

With our continued efforts to provide support to those living with dementia and their carers, we are excited to announce that our good friends at Effro, will be returning with a 10 week ‘Carers Connect’ group here at Llanrumney Hall.

This session will allow carers of people living with dementia to discuss their shared experiences, receive advice from guest speakers and overall gain support in areas of mindfulness, communication, grief and many more topics.

These sessions will at the same time be running alongside an additional Dementia Support activity group for those living with dementia.

When: Every Wednesday | 10:30am – 12:00pm
