*Weekly Support Group for Long-Term Health Conditions*

Every Wednesday, we’re joined by Occupational Health to provide support for individuals living with long-term medical conditions such as Parkinson’s, long COVID, brain injuries, mental health challenges, and more.

Living with such conditions can lead to feelings of isolation or a loss of confidence. That’s why Occupational Health is offering a welcoming weekly group focused on gardening activities around The Hall - a great way to socialise, stay active, and have fun in a supportive environment.

When: Every Wednesday | 10:00am – 12:00pm

Where: Llanrumney Hall Community Trust, Ball Road, CF3 4JJ
