Llanrumney Hall 2026 Summer Fete Itinerary & Information Guide

We are very excited to be bringing our much-loved Annual Summer Fete to Llanrumney, Cardiff for a 6th year in a row.

Here is where you can find all relevant information for the 2026 Llanrumney Hall Summer Fete on Saturday 18^th July.

DATES, TIMES AND TRAVEL:

The event will run from 11am – 4pm on Saturday 18th July 2026 in the grounds of Llanrumney Hall and entry is completely FREE! However, we will have a donation point on the front entrance for those wishing to donate to our charity.

Please note this will mostly be a cash-only event and there will not be cash machines onsite.

The event will not be ticketed and so will not need prior booking. You simply turn up on the day and we will allow for as many visitors as we can accommodate. Once capacity is met, we will be operating on a one in, one out basis.

PARKING:

There will be no parking available on the Llanrumney Hall Community Trust grounds or on the playing fields in front of The Hall – this it to keep this a safe and clear area for children and families. We ask visitors to be considerate and respectful of our neighbours and local residents if parking in the surrounding area for the fete.

EVENTS, ACTIVITIES, STALLS, FOOD AND MORE:

We have some great food vendors lined up for the fete which we will be announcing very soon but you won’t need to worry about going hungry throughout the day!

We will be running a range of events and activities for kids and adults alike, including:

• Animal Petting Zoo

• Events hosted by Cardiff City Football Club Communtiy Foundation

• Fair ground rides

• Tombola

• Children’s games with prizes to be won

• Music

• Hair braid and glitter stall

• Face Painting & Henna

• Toys and merchandise on sale for children to buy

• Ice creams, ice lollies and snow cones

• Bouncy castles for all ages

• Cakes, bakes and cheesecakes stalls

• Soft drinks, sweets and chocolates for sale

• And a whole lot more!

There will also be 20+ independent retailers selling homemade hand-crafted goods from their stalls!

VOLUNTEERS:

We are still in need of additional volunteers for this event and any support you can provide us with would be greatly appreciated. Whether you can give an hour of your time or the full day, we would love for you to contact us and have you on the team.
