Well, that’s a wrap on the 2023 Llanrumney Hall Summer Fete. What a brilliant day full of local people! We want to begin by saying a massive thank you to everyone who attended the event. We had a fantastic turnout. The Hall is delighted that the time and effort The Trust put into the day, more than paid off.
Thank you to MOL Education, Cardiff City FC Foundation, Andrew Holmes Fun Fairs, MBC Bouncy Castles, The Nearly Wild Show, The Smoking Grill, Smoking Dough Pizza and all of the business stalls for contributing to the day. You were a big part of making the event a huge success and keeping the community entertained throughout the day.
Our amazing volunteers included Christine Borley, Andrea Bakhtiari, Elaine Green, Louis, Julie Powell, Diane Hinton, Mary from Knit & Natter, and members of the Youth Group including Kireion, Madison, Fj, Jack, Madison, Joseph, Rebecca, Aj and Madison. Thank you all for offering your valuable time, we couldn’t have done it without you.
Our hardworking staff included Steve Borley, Lynne Dando, Ronan Dowling, Esme French, Mary Harris, Yolanda Heichlinger, Kath Hinton, Chris Humphreys, Lucy Jenkins, Wayne Mortimer, Craig Smith, Myles Stonier, Chloe Wallace, Beth Willis and Mackenzie Webber. Not only did they help to execute the event on the day, but they also did an amazing job at planning and organising the event over these last few months.
We can’t wait to continue hosting this event with you all and we hope to have the same level of support throughout the rest of 2023, because it helped to make a very memorable occasion for all.
