Tai Chi is a free-flowing form of moving meditation, emphasizing fluid movement, encouraging mindfulness to the way we breath and move and less of what we do.
The practice of Shibashi exercises helps to unify the whole body in a relaxed, focused and mindful way while helping to relieve stress, balance blood pressure, strengthen and aid the stomach/digestive system and decrease fat around the waist.
Not only that, but Tai Chi Shibashi also promotes smooth blood circulation and good respiration and increases mental clarity. This exercise is super beneficial for strengthening the ankles, upper legs, neck and shoulders too.
