Willis Construction Raise Over £8000 For Llanrumney Hall

We’re pleased to recognise the incredibly generous support of Willis Construction, following their recent 40th anniversary celebrations.

During the event, more than £4,000 was raised for Llanrumney Hall Community Trust, with Chairman Gareth Williams generously pledging to match the amount raised, bringing the total to over £8,000!

For Llanrumney Hall, this support goes far beyond the figure itself. It directly helps us continue the work we do within our community throughout the year, from our day-to-day activities at The Hall to the annual events that bring local families and residents together.

The fundraising forms part of WILLIS40x40, an initiative which will see the Willis team support 40 charitable activities and initiatives over 40 weeks to mark 40 years in business.

We’re beyond grateful to have been included as part of this milestone and would like to thank Gareth, Emma Lewis, the Willis Construction team and everyone who contributed to the fundraising. Our Founder and Trustee, Steve Borley, is pictured below at the anniversary speaking on behalf of our charity.

The £8,000 raised will make a real difference to the work we’re able to deliver for our local community. This is yet another important example of local businesses supporting local organisations – thank you, Willis Construction!
